Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and fresh lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Toss to coat evenly and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  • Dice cucumber into small pieces. Halve cherry tomatoes and slice red onion thinly. Chop fresh parsley and dill finely.
  • Warm each wrap in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Lay each wrap flat and spread 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt sauce down the center. Add seasoned chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and fresh herbs. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  • Fold the left and right sides inward, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
  • Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Pat vegetables dry with paper towels to prevent soggy wraps
Components can be prepared 2 days in advance - store separately until assembly
Substitute with gluten-free wraps if needed
Add avocado or roasted red peppers for extra flavor
Wraps can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days when wrapped individually
